When Jack passed away suddenly, I wasn’t prepared for the many urgent roles that were thrust upon me.  Even so, I looked carefully for a funeral director who could deliver an elegant funeral at a reasonable price. Deb was perfect. She was sensitive enough to work with me at my pace, and experienced enough to offer good guidance.  She went the extra mile, was available and made things easy for me and for a beautiful funeral. Once again I'd want to thank you Debbie and Clayton for all that you have done. 

From the early morning phone call, the short notice, meeting with us and all the arrangements that needed to be done you made it straight forward and super simple for us to deal with.  The venue, preparing mum, the coffin, flowers etc and the service yesterday was really lovely (as far as funerals go) and everything went so smoothly and it was a lovely send-off for mum.  You were caring, considerate and did a fantastic job!

My Dad recently passed away and had specific wishes for his passing and we have to say a big thank you to Debbie Scott from Personalised Funerals for all of her assistance in making my Dad’s wishes be fulfilled.   Having never had to go through this process before and not having all of Dad’s wishes pre-arranged quite yet it was a little daunting as to what needed to be done for Dad’s cremation as he passed away unexpectedly.

 

Debbie was so professional, personal, empathetic and comforting.  We called in the morning and she arranged to come to see us in the comfort of our home later that day.  We discussed Dad’s specific wishes for a cremation only as he didn’t want a service of any kind and once he was cremated he was to be taken to the Navy by his family for his ashes to be taken to sea for a Navy ashes at sea service.  This is all my Dad ever wanted and Debbie assisted us with making it all happen.

 

It was a difficult time and made so personal and special by Debbie and we would thoroughly recommend Debbie and Personalised Funerals in assisting you when going through this tough time.
