"I met Debbie last year when I decided to organise my mum's funeral. She came to my place in the country as travel was not a problem for her. I went through the details of a funeral with her and we together organised it. Debbie was so caring and professional she was easy to talk too.

 

My Mum passed away earlier this year as you can imagine the devastation this caused myself and the family however Debbie and Clayton were there for us all from the moment of my Mum's death. They listened to us and the family wishes were completed successfully.

 

I live in the country and travelling to me was of no consequence to both Debbie and Clayton.

 

On the day of my mums funeral as you can imagine the family emotions were running high Debbie and Clayton were there guiding us through the day.

Debbie and Clayton were amazing.

My Dad recently passed away and had specific wishes for his passing and we have to say a big thank you to

Debbie Scott from Personalised Funerals for all of her assistance in making my Dad’s wishes be fulfilled.   Having never had to go through this process before and not having all of Dad’s wishes pre-arranged quite

 yet it was a little daunting as to what needed to be done for Dad’s cremation as he passed away unexpectedly.

Debbie was so professional, personal, empathic and comforting.  We called in the morning and she arranged to come to see us in the comfort or our home later that day.

We discussed Dad's specific wishes for a cremation only as he didn't want a service of

any kind and once he was cremated he was to be taken to the Navy by his family for his ashes to be taken to sea for a Navy ashes at sea service.

This is all my Dad ever wanted and Debbie assisted us with making it happen.

It was a difficult time and made so personal and special by Debbie and we would thoroughly recommend Debbie and Personalised Funerals in assisting you when going through this tough time.  Thank you so much Debbie for everything and making my Dad's wishes come true.
